Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Fortress “J” Bequia luxury accommodation Standard Cancellation Free Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made 10 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Early departure No refunds will be given for early departures after check-in. 3. No-Show Policy If a guest does not show up and has not cancelled in accordance with this policy, the full booking amount will be charged. 4. Force Majeure In cases of unforeseen events beyond the guest’s control (e.g., natural disasters, travel bans), we may offer a credit or reschedule, subject to documentation and at the host’s discretion. 5. Modifications Booking date changes are allowed up to 5 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. 6. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
